The Geometric Stick Material is used in the elementary classroom for the study of lines, the measurement of angles, and the construction and analysis of plane geometric shapes. Consists of a series of color-coded sticks, plastic curves, a plastic measuring angle, a plumb line, tacks, and brad fasteners, all stored in a compartmentalized wooden box with a lid.
Using the Geometric Stick Material and cork working board, the 6-9 years discover the properties of what they explored in the sensorial (3 to 6) years.
This material allows the Child to visualize how to construct, manipulate, and measure angles and lines.
